THSS-vännen Jason Taylor förmedlar här en liten rapport om sina tankar kring kommande säsong.

Hello fellow spurs fans;

Well what do we expect from the new season? The thought of the new season leaves me thinking a possible cup season with a real chance of winning one of the three major cup competitions. With Robbie gone and a fight to keep Berbertov the chance of finishing in the top four are very slim.
I still think that we need to buy a good centre half as King and Woodgate have no guarantee that the can play every match, if even playing the majority as they are both still prone to injury, but in typical Spurs form we have gone for buying attacking minded players rather than bolster the defence. As of the players that we have bought well we really needed a new keeper too many mistakes were been made by Robinson for the last two seasons.
Bentley a good buy I think this now could be the end for Lennon because the quality of the last ball from Bentley is far better than Lennon’s . Modric looked very good in the Euros’, (by the way we did not want to play this year were saving ourselves for the world cup!!) But I feel that he might not be a big enough to cope with some of the big boys of the premiership. The latest news that we are hearing over here is that Kabul is going to be the latest of Ramos’s mass clearout with the bulk going to Sunderland who are now to be known as Sunderland Hotspur. As for the Russian Arshavin he is in talks tonight with St Petersburg about his future and is reported to want a move to Spurs but the money is a stumbling block the personal terms have been agreed according to sky sports news. Well I will leave you for know and will send you all a report after the first match. See some of you soon in London for the Sunderland Hotspurs game and then I will be paying a flying visit to Sweden soon. Keep your support it will all come good in the next two years.

Jason.
